Sheri Kern, Chief Financial Officer

Sheri is a twenty five year veteran of the legal support industry. She has served as our CFO for over 10 years in a wide range of financial responsibilities, including financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and company operations. Sheri oversees and develops financial well-being of the organization by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans; directing staff to ensure the proper functioning of all billing and invoicing. She is constantly reviewing procedures and eliminate inefficiencies to promote process improvements. Sheri has been a great value to the expanding Direct Legal Support as a top tier legal support provider.
