Direct Legal Support, Inc. is prompt, efficient, affordable, and provides highly-personalized, and wise, service. I’ve used them for all of my service-of-process matters. And at times, when my requests might incur unnecessary expenses, Michael Kern himself has called me to tell me that a service I’ve requested is not necessary, or a better one is available for a lesser price. Moreover, they are always available to help, frequently at the most needed (and potentially, for them, least convenient) times. For example, I was recently in trial and needed a proof of service I couldn’t locate, and they scanned and emailed it to me so I could print it at the Court and present it to the Judge. I recently had Direct Legal Support, Inc. serve divorce papers on my wife, and couldn’t be more pleased with them. First of all, I was surprised to find their corporate office is in Los Angeles. I naturally assumed they were out of Kern County.

The individual I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. The online forms were simple to use, and within 20 min. of emailing my documents they sent confirmation telling me it was received and would be going out for service. I warned them that my ex would be difficult to serve, and they did not seemed at all concerned about it. She did try an evade service, but with no luck. After a few attempts, They got her! I paid one reasonable fee, and they took care of the rest.

I had never needed to use a process server and didn’t have a clue where to go. An attorney friend of mine suggested them I called and the rest is, as they say, history. Now I too will be recommending them if the opportunity ever presents itself. Thanks for the good work performed!
