Effective July 1, 2014 – The Orange County Superior Court is launching its Proposed Order Module in accordance with rule 3.1312 of the California Rules of Court.
Notice to Electronic Filers in Orange County – Regarding Proposed Order and Proposed Stipulations and Order Document types
For the past couple of years Orange County Superior Court has been requiring both a PDF and a Word document for the Proposed Order and Proposed Stipulations and Order document types. Beginning July 1, 2014 – Only Word documents are required to be uploaded.
Up to now, many e-filers have been converting their PDFs to Word or submitting a blank sheet. However, the court is requiring that the Word documents be good quality, actual documents, and not just a conversion from the PDF. This is not really a change so much as an enforcement of the past requirements.
