Image & Media Use Terms

All photographs, graphics, videos, and other visual media published on directlegal.com (the “Media”) are the original property of Direct Legal Support, Inc., unless a different source is explicitly credited. This page explains what is and isn’t permitted.

Ownership

Direct Legal Support, Inc. owns full copyright in all Media it publishes, including but not limited to photographs of our vehicles, staff, offices, and service locations. Copyright is retained regardless of whether an individual image displays a visible watermark, credit line, or copyright notice — the absence of a visible mark does not waive our rights.

Permitted Use

You may:

– View and share Media in place on directlegal.com, including linking directly to any page on our site
– Share a link to a directlegal.com page on social media, in an email, or elsewhere, where the Media displays as part of that page or an automatically generated link preview
– Use Media in press coverage of Direct Legal Support, Inc., provided the source is credited as “Direct Legal Support, Inc.” or “directlegal.com”

Prohibited Use

Unless you have received prior written permission from Direct Legal Support, Inc., you may not:

– Download, copy, crop, edit, or otherwise reproduce any Media for use outside directlegal.com
– Use any Media in marketing materials, websites, social media accounts, print advertising, or any other promotional context — this restriction applies with particular force to competing process serving, legal support, or litigation services companies
– Remove, obscure, or crop out any watermark, copyright notice, or credit line embedded in an image
– Use Media to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
– Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any Media, whether modified or unmodified, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes
– Present any Media in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Direct Legal Support, Inc. where none exists

Requesting Permission

If you’d like to license or use any image from directlegal.com outside of the permitted uses above, contact us at [directlegal.com/contact-us/](https://directlegal.com/contact-us/) with the specific image URL and your intended use. We review requests individually and respond within a few business days.

Enforcement

Direct Legal Support, Inc. actively monitors for unauthorized use of its Media. All original photography is time-stamped and embedded with copyright metadata identifying Direct Legal Support, Inc. as the copyright holder at the time of creation. Unauthorized use may result in a formal takedown request to the hosting platform, a direct request to cease use, or legal action, at our discretion.
