eService through Direct Legal Support’s portal is a fast and efficient way to notify a party that a court document has been served electronically.

 

Why eService?

eService saves time and money by using email to notify a party that a court document has been served electronically.

How eService Works

  1. Party A sends an email notification to Party B at an email address Party B authorizes for electronic service. This email formally notifies Party B that a court document(s) has been served.
  2. The email identifies the court document(s) by its specific name.
  3. The email contains a hyperlink Party B can click on to securely view and download the court document(s).

How to place an eService order

  1. Log in to your DirectLegal.com account.
  2. Click on Place Order.
  3. Select eService from the drop down list & follow the prompts.
