How eService Works
- Party A sends an email notification to Party B at an email address Party B authorizes for electronic service. This email formally notifies Party B that a court document(s) has been served.
- The email identifies the court document(s) by its specific name.
- The email contains a hyperlink Party B can click on to securely view and download the court document(s).
How to place an eService order
- Log in to your DirectLegal.com account.
- Click on Place Order.
- Select eService from the drop down list & follow the prompts.
