Los Angeles Civil eFiling Procedures Guide
CIVIL DIVISION TO ELIMINATE DIRECT FAX FILING UPON IMPLEMENTATION OF MANDATORY E-FILING. The Los Angeles Superior Court has begun implementing electronic filing (eFiling) of all documents filed in the Civil Division. Upon the implementation of mandatory eFiling, the Civil Division will no longer accept fax filings for civil documents as follows: December 3, 2018 (Limited Civil – Up to $25,000) and January 2, 2019 (Unlimited Civil – Over $25,000).
