As a past president of the California Association of Legal Support Professionals with over 15 years of experience working in associations, Michael has had exposure to many facets of process service, including legislation developments and changes throughout the state of California.

A second generation process server, Michael has been able to transform his father’s company and expand services through internet marketing, embracing technology, knowing when and how to offer new services and client rewards, and through acquisitions, all while keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry. He was one of the first legal support companies in California to offer court reporting and has expanded his company to include numerous offices throughout California.
