EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2020

Essential Functions

The court will continue to handle those filings deemed to be essential or an emergency:

• Temporary civil harassment restraining orders;
• All other types of civil restraining orders, including requests to renew;
• Ex parte applications;
• Inspection and abatement warrants;
• Stipulations, except those prohibited by General Order 2020-15.
