RIVERSIDE COUNTY:

Amid growing concerns about the spread of COVID-19, and in an effort to comply with federal, state and local guidelines, adhere to the CDC social distancing recommendations and abide by the shelter-in-place regulations, the court will be extending its temporary closures through Friday, April 17, 2020.

The court will continue to handle only emergency matters affecting public health and safety as outlined in the Press Release of March 27, 2020.

On April 1, 2020 the court’s Presiding Judge signed a General Order Re: Implementation of Judicial Council of California Statewide Orders in response to the Statewide Emergency Order by Hon. Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye, Chief Justice of California and Chair of the Judicial Council.

More information can be found on the court’s COVID-19 Court Operations website.

We appreciate the support and understanding of the public and justice partners during these challenging times.
