San Francisco, San Diego & San Mateo Court updates regarding eFilings.

We have some important updates regarding the following courts:

Beginning June 1st, eFiling will now be available for both Limited and Unlimited Unlawful Detainer cases with San Francisco Superior Court for subsequent filings.

Additionally, San Mateo Superior Court is shifting to mandatory eFiling for Civil and Small Claims cases beginning Monday, June 1, 2020.

San Diego Superior Court has enabled permissive eFiling for Family Law starting May 26, 2020.

Using Direct Legal,  you now have the ability to eFile with these courts for these case types, in addition to 21 other eFiling counties.
