Sonoma County Superior Court accepts permissive eFiling in Civil, Family and Probate case types.

Sonoma County Superior Court accepts permissive eFiling in Civil, Family and Probate case types effective July 1, 2019.  We are proud to announce that you may now electronically file your legal documents into the Superior Court through the Direct Legal Customer Portal.

We have also been informed that Sonoma County Superior Court plans to mandate eFiling at the beginning of 2020. Therefore, during this voluntary eFiling period, we highly recommend that you incorporate eFiling into your workflow as soon as possible.
