Jason Burke is Senior Litigation Support Manager at Direct Legal Support. He has led our Bay Area operations since Direct Legal's merger with D&R Legal Process Service, and he manages our Northern California field operations from the Fremont office, including Alameda County orders in the East Bay and Santa Clara County orders in the South Bay.
Managing the East Bay and South Bay
Jason oversees:
- Field operations. The registered process servers who cover Alameda and Santa Clara Counties.
- Client accounts. Working directly with the law firms and legal departments we serve in the region.
- Dispatch. Coordinating process server teams so every assignment is handled accurately and on time.
Decades in Legal Support
Over his career, Jason has worked across the legal support industry, including process serving, skip tracing, court filings, and document management. He has spent years working directly with law firms, attorneys, and legal professionals, and he understands the urgency and precision litigation support demands.
As an operations leader, Jason manages complex, high-volume workflows while keeping the personal attention to detail clients expect. He is a member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the California Association of Legal Support Professionals (CALSPro).
